“Ok, so we had a great time. Viator did a great job and once again lived up to their word. However, honestly the only reason I gave 3 stars is because… for the most part, they simply gave us a ride to Interlaken and Grindelwald— No tour or anything, which was fine, because you don’t need a “tour”. If there was any way you could get an Uber or rent a car, that is the way to go. The trip to the destinations were gorgeous and I would have loved to stop to take pictures.”
