“Honestly, Bernadette is one of the best guides I have ever seen. She is just lovely and nice. She explained us from history of the sights to modern facts about Switzerland. Also she translated everything into Spanish and I found it very nice for people who were not speaking englisg. The waterfall is breathtaking. You cannot imagine from pictures the feeling you get there. The medieval city worth it. “The tour guide Francesca was amazing, very knowledgeable - when we arrived at the Rhine waterfalls we were advised that due to pickpockets only to take what we absolutely needed to and to leave stuff on the bus. Foolishly I left my bag behind with some cash in it. I returned to find my bag opened and a 100 franc note missing. I advised the tour guide but there was no follow up and I could not prove it. So lesson learnt, do the tour but don’t leave anything behind anywhere, keep all stuff close by I take responsibility for being stipid and trusting - did ruin the experience for…”

“Loved having some time in Germany. Titisee-Neustadt was such a pretty, quaint place to spend a few hours. We were able to eat a delicious schnitzel and Black Forest gateau, souvenir shop for family, and take pictures beside a large cuckoo clock and Lake Titisee. “This tour is definitely not worth the money-We were surprised when we found out our “private tour” was just us with a guide escorting us on public transportation - we literally paid 1000 to take an hour ride on the crowded train to see 75 ft falls . Our guide was nice but provided barely any historical context . The castle was not open and it just felt like 90percent of the tour we were killing time .”
