“I had already walked around Old Town but hoped to see more. Well this was a combined tour with those who were also doing a cruise. Spent more time explaining that issue than telling about the sights. Couldn’t really do Old Town due to limitations of a tour bus and the construction plus prep for an outdoor event. “Total scam of our money, we booked the tour to the Lindt factory with a ride. The ride was supposed to pick us up at 1pm at our accommodation and provide us with the tickets. We actually took a very expensive taxi from the airport of Zurich to the accommodation to be there on time for our 1pm tour. I had anticipated an interactive and informative exhibit, particularly concerning global financial markets, that would engage and educate children.
