“The tour guide Francesca was amazing, very knowledgeable - when we arrived at the Rhine waterfalls we were advised that due to pickpockets only to take what we absolutely needed to and to leave stuff on the bus. Foolishly I left my bag behind with some cash in it. I returned to find my bag opened and a 100 franc note missing. I advised the tour guide but there was no follow up and I could not prove it. So lesson learnt, do the tour but don’t leave anything behind anywhere, keep all stuff close by I take responsibility for being stipid and trusting - did ruin the experience for…”
